Account Information: Name, business name, email address, telephone number, password (stored securely and encrypted), account settings and preferences.
Customer & Business Data: Information you upload and manage within DayDone including customer names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, job details, quotes, invoices, notes, timesheets, employee information, uploaded documents, images and files.
Payment Information: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. We may receive limited transaction information such as subscription status, payment confirmations, and billing dates.
Mobile Application Data
When using DayDone on Android or iOS devices we may collect certain information from your device including device type, device operating system, app version, device identifiers, crash reports, diagnostic information, and performance analytics.
This information helps us improve app functionality and reliability.
Location Services & Geofencing
DayDone may request access to your device location to provide functionality including clock in/clock out verification, geofencing, site attendance validation, route or job location features, and workforce tracking.
Location information may be collected while the app is in use and, where enabled by the user and operating system permissions, in the background.
You can disable location permissions through your device settings; however, some features may not function correctly.
Camera, Files & Device Permissions
DayDone may request access to camera, photos, file storage, notifications, and biometrics (Face ID, fingerprint login, device authentication).
These permissions are only used to provide app functionality requested by users. Disabling permissions may restrict certain features.
Push Notifications
DayDone may send notifications relating to job reminders, schedule updates, timesheet reminders, invoice activity, customer activity, team updates, and service notifications.
Push notifications can be disabled through your device settings.
How We Use Your Information
We use information to provide and operate the Service, process subscriptions, manage accounts, deliver customer support, improve functionality, monitor system performance, maintain security, send service communications, generate analytics, and comply with legal obligations.
