1

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DayDone platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using DayDone, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use DayDone.

2

The Service

DayDone provides job scheduling, customer management, CRM functionality, quotations, invoicing, work tracking, timesheets, employee management, calendar scheduling, recurring jobs, mobile workforce tools, and related business management services used by trade and service businesses.

The Service may be accessed through web browsers, Android applications, iOS applications, and other supported integrations.

We may update, modify, improve, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

3

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining account security, keeping passwords confidential, and all activity occurring under your account.

If you create an account on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

4

User Roles & Access

Business owners may create employee or team accounts within DayDone.

You are responsible for managing users, assigning permissions, ensuring users comply with these Terms, and removing access for former employees or contractors.

You remain responsible for activity carried out by users on your account.

5

Customer Data & GDPR

You may store customer names, addresses, communications, job notes, schedules, invoices, and other business data within DayDone.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for processing such information under applicable data protection laws including UK GDPR.

DayDone acts as a Data Processor for customer data uploaded by you. You remain the Data Controller of your customer data.

6

Payments & Billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment processing is handled through Stripe. DayDone does not store payment card details.

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscription pricing may change. Reasonable notice will be provided before changes take effect.

7

Free Trials

DayDone may offer free trials or limited-access accounts. Features may be restricted during trial periods.

No payment will be taken automatically at the end of a trial period. You will only be charged if you actively choose and subscribe to a paid plan.

8

Mobile Applications

DayDone may be accessed through Android and iOS applications. By downloading or using the mobile applications, you agree that device compatibility may vary, you are responsible for network or mobile carrier charges, you are responsible for keeping applications updated, and certain features may require internet access.

We reserve the right to discontinue support for older app versions.

9

Device Permissions & Location Services

DayDone mobile applications may request access to location services, camera, notifications, file or photo storage, biometric authentication, and device permissions required for platform functionality.

Location information may be used for geofencing, clock-in and clock-out verification, attendance tracking, and site verification.

Disabling permissions may limit functionality.

10

Push Notifications

DayDone may send push notifications relating to job reminders, schedule changes, invoice activity, employee updates, and system alerts.

You may disable notifications within your device settings.

11

Third-Party Services & Outages

DayDone relies on third-party providers including hosting services, email systems, mapping and location providers, analytics providers, push notification systems, and Stripe.

These services may occasionally experience outages beyond our control. DayDone is not responsible for delays, downtime, interruptions, or data issues caused by third-party providers. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly.

12

Acceptable Use

You may not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing material; harass, threaten, or abuse others; attempt unauthorized access; reverse-engineer the Service; upload malware or malicious scripts; use automated systems that interfere with operation; use DayDone for unlawful purposes; or access DayDone to create a competing service.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

13

User Content

You retain ownership of all content and data uploaded to DayDone.

You grant DayDone a limited licence to host, process, store, and display content solely for providing the Service. DayDone does not sell customer data.

14

Data Storage & Security

We use secure UK and EU-based hosting and apply reasonable security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

No platform can guarantee absolute security. You remain responsible for strong passwords, internal user permissions, and device security.

15

Service Availability

We aim for high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upgrades, and unexpected technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

Some mobile features may operate offline and synchronise when connectivity returns. DayDone is not responsible for delays resulting from failed synchronisation or internet interruptions.

16

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, abuse of the Service, legal compliance requirements, security concerns, or breach of these Terms.

Upon termination your access may cease. You may request a data export before account closure.

17

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DayDone shall not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you during the previous 12 months.

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold DayDone harmless against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, uploaded content, or violation of laws or regulations.

19

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed during use of the Service.

20

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

21

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through email, platform notifications, or website notices.

Continued use of DayDone constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
